sharp pain in my neck? It’s quite alarming. Just a twinge on the left hand side, somewhere connected to the shoulder blade. There it goes again. A quick stab, a spasm and a sharp nervy pain that seems to say… your body is beginning decline.

… so I thought I should post something here, albeit brief, to show that I’m still alive and kicking.
The past few months have been anything but smooth. Suffice it to say that I’ve resigned from my job and decided to return to Australia.
I’m still unsure what to do when I get there. The options, so far, are to apply for the Grad Dip of Journalism in Queensland or to try to get a job with the migrant English program. Whatever I do I have to feel that it’s meaningful and worthwhile. I have no desire to entertain spoilt brats for the remainder of my days on Earth.
I’m pretty tired and disillusioned.
I’m very happy to say that I’ll be going to Bangkok for a week in five days time.
That ought to be great!

Time passes very quickly.
I never seem to have the time to put anything on here.
Went to HK last wknd and back again tomorrow. Good to get out of Macau.
Work is the usual drag.
Every aspect of life is maintaining the status quo…

I hate human relations and interacting with people when it is all enshrouded in falseness. When it is abundantly clear that you are not and will not ever be accepted, why would you bother???? Anyway I now know my home is not really my own. That I do not belong is no longer just of my own speculation.
All I want now is to find a nice quiet beach, lie down, close my eyes and listen to the sound of the water.
